Agatized Dinosaur Bone is actual fossilized bone from dinosaurs. The cellular structure has been replaced ("agatized") with silica, resulting in the unique patterns found in these cabochons. Color is derived from the surrounding material in which the bone is fossilized. The colors range from brown and black to reds, blues, yellows and golds.
